An active lifestyle is the perfect antidote to those common bouts of sadness.  1. A Moderate 30-Minute Jog


A quick jog can do wonders for your emotional state. Jump on your treadmill and watch an entertaining television show or even play a few online games. Vary your speeds to keep things interesting, and you’ll be done before you know it.

2. Do Short Sprints Mixed with Brisk Walking
